Outer Lid is domed for additional strength and to aid drainage during cleaning
Designed to provide a storage area & protection for flexible hose and lid fittings
Body
Crevice free construction
200mm diameter aperture for easy cleaning & inspection
Inner lid secured with clampband
All welds are Dye Penetrant tested to ensure that they are 100% crack free
Base of the body has a special dimple to aid maximum drainage
Base
Robust to take the rigours of everyday use.
The Base is curled inwards to give a large, stable standing area and to prevent floor marking.
Two base styles are available. One style allows the vessels to be stacked the other design prevents stacking.
The base is designed to be free draining when the vessel is washed in the inverted position
Base ring acts as a crumple zone to prevent damage to the Main Body if the container is dropped

Top Rim Design

The Top Rim of the container is frequently handled by operators. It is vital that this area is designed to be as clean as possible.

SteriCans have a solid top rim. The underside to the rim is filled with weld and is then polished smooth. The result is a very strong and easily cleaned top rim.

Stericans do not have an unhygienic rolled rim as it is a potential source of biological and chemical cross contamination
