Micro Blending Containers (<1 litre)

Pharmatech continue to push back the boundaries of blending with the extension of their range of vessel to sub 1 litre sizes. These containers are ideal for applications were the active ingredients are in short supply or are very expensive.

   

These vessels are sized to fit directly to the MultiBlend MB005 (bench top blender drive unit) but can be used on any other size drive unit using clamping adapters.

Available container shapes include:

  • IBC (Bin)
  • Drum (Barrel)
  • V-shell ( vee cone, y cone, twin shell)
  • Double Cone

Micro Containers for PAT Blending  

Micro containers are available down to 0.2 litre in volume. These containers have special ports for PAT studies for use on the BlendView range of PAT equipped drive units.

In the BlendView system the NIR sampling device is static and is housed in the drive unit.
