With the FlexiSieve the mesh screen is supported by a flexible silicone liner. Only the mesh screen and liner are vibrated by the motor. The device is designed to be clamped in-line and is designed to be dust-free during operation. The FlexiSieve only requires a small motor and so is quiet during operation. The silicone liner and mesh (the product contact parts) are designed to be quickly and easily changed between batches. Standard FlexiSieve The sieving head and drive unit are a single unit. FlexiSieve-QR FlexiSieve-QR   The Quick Release FlexiSieve allows the sieve head to be quickly disconnected from the drive unit. Contaminated parts can be easily bagged and removed for cleaning and sterilising FlexiSieve-QR How it works   The concept behind the FlexiSieve is to vibrate a mesh screen that is housed in a flexible silicone liner. The silicone liner is clamped in place and so the sieve is completely dust tight during operation.
