Multiblend MB800A Powder Blender

The Multiblend MB800A is not only highly versatile it is also robustly built which makes it ideal for use as a production blender. It is ideal for blending both powders and granules.

The quick change container system allows the MB800A to blend small containers as well as production scale vessels.

The tilting feature allows the blending container to be lifted from its trolley or pallet before blending is started. After blending the container is returned to its trolley.

The MB800A blender is ideal for use in GMP correct manufacturing areas.

Blending Containers
	The MB800A can handle any shape of blending container: - Drums - IBCs - Double Cones - V shells (these are sometimes called: Vee Cones or Y Cones) - Cubes etc.

Why use a Tilting Blender?
	The ability of the MB800A to tilt back ensures: • A highly efficient asymmetric blending action is achieved • Minimal Manual Handling - the blending container is lifted from its trolley, blended and then returned to its trolley

Through-Wall or Free-Standing ?

The MB800A has been designed to either be installed free-standing or through-wall. With a through-wall installation only the container and the front face of the blender are in the processing area, the remainder of the machine is in the service area on the other side of the wall.

A Through-wall installation is especially useful if a machine is to be Ex rated as the majority of the components are in the service area.
