The MB030 mixer / blender has been developed by Pharmatech as a mobile laboratory scale low shear tumble blender. It is ideal for mixing & blending powders, granules and other solids .

The MB030 is the blender of choice for Pharmaceutical R & D, formulation development, scale up, pilot and small scale production work.

The MB030 is designed to be highly versatile. The blending containers are detachable and easily interchangeable using hand tightened clamps (no tools required).

The portable format of the machine makes it ideal to be wheeled into place when required or shared between various locations.

Operator Controls
	The standard MB030 blender drive unit is supplied with intelligent HMI Controls. The unit allows the operator to input the required blend time and blend speed. It also provides the operator with instructions, machine status and error messages.

HMI with touch sensitive controls are easy to use. The text is available in a range of languages

Blending Containers

The MultiBlend MB030 can blend with blending containers of any shape. The most common blending container shapes are drum (barrel), V-shell (Vee Shell or Y-cone), IBC (bin) and Double Cone.
