Multiblend MB030 Powder Blender

The MB030 has been designed and developed by Pharmatech as a free-standing mobile laboratory scale tumble blender. It is ideal for blending both powders and granules.

The MB030 is the ideal blender for formulation development and small scale production work.

The MB030 is designed to be highly versatile. The blending containers are quickly and easily interchanged using a hand operated clampband system. (no tools required).

The MB030 is supplied with a see-through, interlocked safety guard. If the guard is raised during blending the blender will immediately perform an emergency stop.

Operator Controls
	The standard MB030 blender drive unit is supplied with HMI Controls. The unit allows the operator to input the required blend time and blend speed. It also provides the operator with instructions, machine status and error messages.

Blending Containers
	The MB030 can blend with blending containers of any shape.
