The MB005 is ideal for applications such as sample blending, formulation development and even very small scale manufacturing. It is ideal for mixing both powders and granules.

The compact design of the MB005 enables it to be used on a bench top or it can be mounted on a special trolley for added mobility.

The MB005 blender has a stainless steel frame and outer case and so it is ideal for use in hygienic GMP areas.

The blending container is securely held to the blender drive unit by means of a hand operated clamp.

Quickly and easily remove one blending container and replace it with another. The MB005 can handle any shape of blending container including: drums, IBCs, double-cones or V-shells (these are also known as Y Cones or Vee shells)

The Adjustable Clamp is designed to work with all Mini-Drums from 1 litre up to 5 litres. The sides of the clamp are easily adjusted to securely hold the mini-drum during blending.

The Adjustable Clamp holds the Mini-drum at an angle of 25° from the vertical axis. This ensures an efficient asymmetric blending action.
